When you install this plugin there is either a thumbnail plugin already available if not then you need to install that which is named as timthumb. This plugin allow GalleryBank to show thumbnails of main photos.
How to install timthumb or how to edit timthumb ?
If timthumb already install in your wordpress then check this in your Plugin>Editor

IF Timthumb file is not available then you download files or copy code from this link-http://timthumb.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/timthumb.php and add file in your downloaded plugin if not downloaded plugin then download this from WordPress here
